Information we collect

We collect the name, email, phone number and delivery address you provide at checkout, plus basic order history, so that we can fulfil and support your order.

Cart, wishlist and account preferences are stored in your own browser on this store and are not shared with third parties.

How we use it

Your details are used to process orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and — only if you opt in — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share data with courier and payment partners strictly to the extent needed to complete your order. We never sell customer data.
